A spicy, delicious and authentic treat in 3 easy steps.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 300g beef, diced
  • 1 jar Patak's Spicy Cumin & Ginger Sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Dice lb (300g) beef & pan fry until meat is sealed and browned (approx. 3–4min).
  3. Pour sauce over the meat, stir to mix well & simmer for 5 min, stirring occasionally
  4. Serve over rice or with Naan bread.

Notes

Can substitute beef with chicken, shrimp or vegetables. If you like it spicier, garnish with sliced chillies. If not, drizzle some yogurt.
